Welcome to Someday. By using our app, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Someday is an iOS application that calls you in a clone of your own voice, generated from what you tell it about your life, your goals and the person you're becoming. Your first call is free; continued use requires an active subscription.
You may only use the app for its intended purpose. Any misuse — including attempts to clone or generate a voice that is not your own without that person's consent, or to bypass or manipulate the app's paywall or usage limits — is prohibited.
You don't need an email address or password to use Someday. The first time you open the app, an anonymous identity is created automatically on our servers so your goals, calls and voice model can be saved between sessions — there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to remember.
Someday is free to download and includes one free call. Continuing beyond that requires a paid subscription, billed through Apple's App Store.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, except as required by applicable law or Apple's own policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID account settings.

Someday is intended for users aged 17 and older. It involves cloning your own voice and handling paid subscriptions, and it is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from, or clone the voice of, anyone under that age.
Every call in Someday is written by AI, based on what you've told the app about your own life, and spoken aloud in a clone of your own voice. It is intended for reflection and motivation only, and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding its effectiveness, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Someday.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
